Individuals and families turn to you, as their Faith leaders, in times of tragedy and grief, even if they do not regular attend worship services. It is challenging to always know exactly how to support each person and family when there are so many different types of loss and so may ways that people express their grief.
That is why The Stephan Center is creating this special page of information, resources and programs for you and your leadership teams. In addition to the information and resources found throughout the website this page will have special items directed for Faith Leaders including:

- A Unique training program for Lay Ministers and Deacons called “The Consoling Ministries” design to provide a “Continuity of Care” for parishioners from Illness, Through Funeral support to Grief Companionship.
